A big chunk of 70’s loveliness! This Glashutte was nicknamed UFO after the flying saucer shaped case, this one has the sought after tigers eye dial to complete the seventies look.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We can date this perfectly to being produced in 1977 by the serial number on the original Calibre 75 movement.
CONDITION
Original but worn. The case has wear to the gold plate at 12 and 6, there is a small dink between 7 and 8, and a scratch on the lower side of the case at 11. The dial, hands and crown are all original and in good condition – the big square on the second hand is a nice feature against the nice to view (but difficult to photograph) tigers eye dial. We have added a weave style leather strap, but other options are available. New Glashutte watches start at thousands of pounds, but these original ones are, for the time being, much cheaper.

43.6mm wide including the crown, 12.7mm thick. Takes an 20mm strap between the hidden lugs.
