Model 5606-5070, this is one of the popular Lord Matic (or LM) range of Seiko watches from the 1970’s.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We can date this to November 1976 from the serial number on the watch back.
CONDITION
The LM models were Seiko’s better watch – not as exacting as the Grand Seiko but better built than the regular range. This 23 jewel version has an attractive TV dial that has a matt navy blue finish. The original bracelet is very high quality and has had a thorough clean in our ultrasonic bath to ensure it is sparkling. The acrylic crystal has had a light polish. The quick set date isn’t working, which is a common issue with this movement, and the price reflects this as it is very difficult to get the parts to fix the problem.

37.8mm wide including the crown, 10.5mm thick. Takes a 20mm strap. The bracelet will fit a maximum wrist size of 215mm
