This Citizen Challenge Timer chronograph is more commonly known as the Bullhead. The actual model number is 67-9011.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in December 1976.
CONDITION
We have enormous thanks and gratitude to this website for giving us more insight into this model. If you are considering one of these watches it is absolutely required reading.
Checking our example against the checklist on the above link we can see that the case back is correct, the dial and bezel colouring is right, and that the bezel has been repainted (the author says this is quite common). The chrono functions, including the flyback reset, all work as they should and the watch keeps good time. The date is quickset, and the day is also quickset and in both Kanji and English. The rally style strap is not original, but picks up the orange hands of the chronograph nicely.
