This Seiko 7006-8110 automatic men’s watch has day date calendar, but the stand out feature is the blue striped dial.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We can date this to August 1975 from the serial number on the watch back.
CONDITION
The case shows some marks from being worn, particularly along the bottom edge but is perfectly presentable. The dial catches the light wonderfully and is very clean, as is the crystal In some lights the dial looks solid blue, in others the stripes show. The quickset date works perfectly, while the day is in French. The bracelet is not a Seiko item but is from the right period and has been cleaned in our ultrasonic cleaner. We have included a wrist shot in this case to show that dial in the daylight. Being a squared off case this wears a lot larger than the dimensions suggest.
