With a solid silver case and bracelet, this Swiss made ladies Rotary looks like a watch that costs far more.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the London hallmark on the inside of the case back we can accurately date this watch to being assayed in 1975.
CONDITION
This ladies Rotary is a very successful design. More brands revered to using silver in the 1970’s as gold prices were racing away (of course silver was quite common in pocket watches and early wrist watches), with the most famous being the Jeux d’Argent Omega series. But this watch is much cheaper without be less interesting. The rectangular case is attached to the integrated bracelet, which is an excellent piece of silversmithing – it almost looks solid despite being flexible, The blue dial has a subtle pattern to it, and the crown also has a blue cabochon polished stone to match. That crown stone has one small chip, and the only condition issues with the rest of the watch s light scratches on the case back and clasp. The movement is a Swiss manual wind Felsa 351, which is ticking away happily and this ladies Rotary will never need a battery.
This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
