A rare Seiko EL370 electronic watch, in fantastic condition and still on the original bracelet that looks unworn.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in April 1974.
CONDITION
The watch in in incredible shape for 40+ years old. Even the clasp, the first part to show any wear, barely has a mark. We think you will search long and hard to find one in this condition. The 16 jewel movement has an electronically controlled balance, sometimes known as transistor switched, so does not ‘hum’ like an Omega f300 or Bulova Accutron. The second hand sweeps like a conventional mechanical watch, and this is shown in the video. The push crown quick set date works, and the day wheel is in Italian.
