HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the 2182G movement we can accurately date this watch to being made in 1974.

This Accutron is in stainless steel, with a blue dial and just the right level of 1970’s funkiness for most people. It’s a winning combination. The blue dial can change the colour dependent on the light, as hopefully our photos and video show. The calendar function is working as it should, with the quick set date working when the crown is fully pushed in and then turned. We have not polished the case or bracelet, but we will clean the bracelet in our ultrasonic bath. There are very few signs this watch has been worn, and this is probably as nice an example as you will be able to find.
