This TV dial, almost square Omega has a lot of wrist presence. Manual wind Omega Cal. 620 movement and original papers.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We can date this watch by two methods. From the serial number we can say it was made in 1971, but the original paperwork shows it was sold in 1974. Either year could be a valid birth year watch year.
The crown is the original Omega one, and the silver sunburst dial is in fabulous condition. The video shows the dial colour better than the photos. The 20 micron gold plated case has a few scratches and a small dink at 5, but remarkably little or no wear through the plating on the corners. The plexiglass has a few small marks but doesn’t warrant replacing. The leather strap is new, and the Cal 620 movement is running well. TV Dial watches do wear larger than the dimensions suggest, and the wide, 22mm strap emphasises this.
This watch will be supplied with the original guarantee paperwork and our Certificate of Authenticity.
