This manual wind 1969 ladies Certina is in very nice condition and is ready to wear and enjoy. Model reference 2004.150
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in 1969.
CONDITION
This ladies Certina watch is not as small as some cocktail watches, and because the dial extends almost to the edge of the case it is quite easy to read – that is not always the case with some cocktail watches. The case is 20 micron gold plated, which is showing very little signs of wear. Unusually there is a stamp on the top left lug, saying PL with an animal underneath, which we presume were the case makers? You can only really see it in detail with a loupe, but we like to point these things out. The dial is clean with nice, applied hour markers. The movement is powered by winding the signed, original crown daily and the Certina in house movement calibre 19-30 is running well – it even has microadjustment on the balance, very rarely seen on ladies two hand watches. The leather strap is new
