HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the watch movement we can accurately date this watch to 1968.
CONDITION
8/10. The case is good, as is the crystal, and the watch is working well. The downsides are the staining on the dial and the hour and second hands are bent slightly. The hands do not foul each other nor the dial or glass, but we prefer to point out the weak points of any individual watch as well as the good sides. The case is 14k gold, marked as it should be with the 0.585 symbol alongside the Tissot logo. Nice to see the original signed crown, and the watch is very nice to wind (collectors will understand what we mean by this!). This watch features the Tissot 781-1 manual wind movement.
