This men’s manual wind Omega has the brand, dial, movement and case material all going for it – plus it has just been serviced.  Model reference 111.5067.

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

From the serial number hallmark on the movement we can accurately this part to being made in 1966, but the case is assayed for 1968 in London so the complete watch would not have been available until 1968.

CONDITION

The dial is the stand out feature of this watch, with a very subtle khaki green / brown hue coming through the black.  But when you combine this with a slim solid gold case, housing a freshly serviced calibre 620 manual wind 17 jewel movement, all made by one of the greats in Omega then it doesn’t leave much scope to knock this watch.  It even has the signed crown still.  The case is on the smaller side, as dress watches often are, and has light marks.  The leather strap is new, and could be swapped for a different colour if preferred.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.

Please see the HD video for more detail.  All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned.  We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
