The Royal jewellers, presentation watch with box
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We can date this to 1967 from the inscription on the watch back.
Garrard watches are seriously undervalued. Garrard and Co have a great history, and they didn’t cut corners when they produced watches. This one has a high quality ETA movement and was a presentation gift from ICI to a valued employee. The case is very good, the dial is great and the hand have slight loss of the lume but as they are so thin it is difficult to spot. This example still has its original movement dust cover in place. Fitted to a new suede type strap but would look good on a black leather strap too.
35.8mm wide including the crown, 9.8mm thick. Takes an 18mm strap.
£ SOLD including 3 months guarantee and free delivery to UK addresses.
“Many thanks for the fast delivery. The watch is lovely, just what I was looking for. Not sure why people bother with the modern stuff when examples as good as this are on the market.”
