HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

We can date this to 1961 from the original guarantee card.

CONDITION

​The watch is in wonderful condition.  The linen effect dial is clean, the case shows no dings and there is one small scratch on the caseback from a slipped tool.  The Spediel expandable bracelet is correct for the period but could be swapped for a leather strap if you prefer.  What makes this watch incredibly rare is the extras – not only is it a very clean watch, but we have the box, outer lower box, guarantee, unfilled out warranty registration and even the card hangtag used in the jewellers window.

​SIZE

34.9mm wide including the signed crown, 9.5mm thick. Takes an 18mm strap.  The bracelet will fit a maximum wrist size of 210mm approximately.
