CONDITION
Universal Geneve are a highly respected brand, and models like the Polerouter and Tri Compax are a favourite among collectors of men’s watches. But while they are into four figures, this ladies watch is far more affordable. You still get a stainless steel case and bracelet, and an in house movement. In this watch that movement is the calibre 500, a seventeen jewel manual wind movement which also has some shock protection built in. The dial is off white, possibly faded or dirty, and the hands are broad dagger style. The Speidel bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath, and this may be later than the watch case or original – without more evidence it is impossible to know. The leather strap is new, and could be swapped for a different colour if preferred. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner.
This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
Please see the HD video for more detail. All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned. We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
